How to choose a suitable vacuum pump for a vacuum drying oven:
If the dry material has a higher boiling point, you can choose a rotary vane oil pump. If the dry material will volatilize more organic solvents, a cold well is required.
If the dry material has a low boiling point, you can choose a corrosion-resistant diaphragm pump.
How should the vacuum drying oven be maintained?
The vacuum box should be kept clean frequently, and the door glass should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, neutral grease or petroleum jelly should be applied to the electroplated parts to prevent corrosion, and a plastic film dust cover should be used to prevent it from being dry. Indoors, so as not to affect the use of electrical devices due to moisture.
