The working principle of glass reactor:

The reaction solvent can be put into the inner layer of the double-layer glass reactor for stirring reaction, and the interlayer can be passed through different cold and heat sources (refrigerated liquid, hot water or hot oil) for cyclic heating or cooling reaction. Under constant temperature conditions, the reactor can be stirred and reacted under normal pressure or negative pressure, and can be used for reflux and distillation of the reaction solution. It is an ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis.

Features of glass reactor:

1. The whole set of glass is made of GG-17 high borosilicate glass with good physical and chemical properties.

2. Teflon components + fluorine rubber seal, can maintain a high degree of vacuum, can work under normal pressure or negative pressure, the vacuum degree can reach 0.098MPa.

Precautions for glass reactor:

1. High-speed operation is not suitable for no-load;

2. Keep the speed control and the motor dry, because the life of the electrical box is greatly affected by the surrounding humidity and temperature;

3. The ground wire must be well grounded, and the high temperature bath must be connected to the air switch;

4. An electric shock may still occur within 5 minutes after the power is cut off due to the discharge of the inverter or capacitor;

5. Please avoid damage to the glass caused by hard objects such as watches and rings when operating the instrument;
