1. What is the working principle of the freeze dryer?

Vacuum freeze-drying is to freeze the material below the eutectic point temperature, so that the water in the material becomes solid ice, and then under a proper vacuum degree, the ice is directly sublimated into water vapor. Then use the water vapor condenser (water trap) in the vacuum system to condense the water vapor to obtain the technology of drying products.

3. What is the reason why the vacuum degree of the freeze dryer cannot drop?

The temperature of the pump is too high. It is possible that the pump casing or inner wall of the pump of the vacuum freeze dryer is worn, and the motor rotor pivot is offset, causing damage to both sides. Or the air inlet filter is blocked.
