It is suitable for reflux operation, rapid evaporation of large amounts of solvents, concentration of trace components and reaction processes that require stirring. The rotary evaporator system can be sealed and reduced to 400-600 mmHg; the solvent in the distillation flask is heated with a heating bath, the heating temperature can be close to the boiling point of the solvent; at the same time, it can be rotated to make the solvent form a thin film and increase the evaporation area . In addition, under the action of the high-efficiency condenser, the hot vapor can be quickly liquefied, and the evaporation rate can be accelerated. The evaporating flask rotates at a constant speed, and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under this condition: the material forms a large area and uniform film on the inner wall of the evaporating flask and quickly evaporates. Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (a vacuum device is required), and the solvent vapor passes through the glass condensing plate When the tube is cooled to liquid (need to connect to a cooling device), it is recovered in the collection bottle. How to extract essential oils and CBD oils with a rotary evaporator 

During the entire experiment, the equipment we need to use is a rotary evaporator, a blast drying box, a low-temperature coolant circulating pump, and a circulating water vacuum pump. When our preparations are ready, the next step is the extraction process. First, we wash the plants and hemp, place them in a ventilated place for natural air-drying for 48 hours, and then put the plants and hemp into the blast to dry. In the box, the drying operation is carried out at 25°C for 24 hours. After drying, we take out the dried plants and hemp and cut them into small pieces. After soaking, they can be put into the rotary evaporator for experiment. According to the three elements of material-to-liquid ratio, soaking time and distillation time, we set 3 levels from each element to conduct experiments to determine the liquid-to-liquid ratio, soaking time and distillation time.
